We invite researchers, professionals, and industry leaders to submit abstracts on innovative solutions and case studies. Selected papers will be featured in conference proceedings and journals.

Submission Guidelines:

  1. Topics of Interest:
    • Submitted papers should align with the conference themes.
  2. Submission Requirements:
    • Papers can be submitted in English.
    • An abstract of up to 300 words should be submitted, summarizing the problem, methodology, and expected results.
  3. Paper Formatting:
    • Papers must be submitted in PDF or Word format.
    • Use Times New Roman font, size 12 for the main text, and 14 bold for headings.
    • The total length of the paper should not exceed 10 pages, including references.
  4. Important Dates:
    • Abstract Submission Deadline: June 30, 2025 
    • Preliminary Acceptance Notification: July 30, 2025
    • Final Paper Submission Deadline: August 31, 2025
  5. Copyright and Publication:
    • Authors retain copyright of their papers, but the conference reserves the right to publish accepted papers in the proceedings or partner scientific journals.
  6. Publication Opportunities
    • If the paper is accepted, authors will have the opportunity to publish their paper in the conference proceedings or associated journals.
    • Authors may be asked to revise their papers based on feedback from reviewers before publication.
  7. Presentation Guidelines
    • Presentations should be prepared using PowerPoint or any other conference-approved presentation tool.
    • Each presentation should last 20 minutes, followed by a Q&A session 5 minutes.
